Due to Hurricane Sandy's impact on the New York region, the 2012 ING NYC Marathon did not take place. However, many of Sanctuary's runners still participated in their own way - running with friends in Central Park, volunteering, and more. We're grateful to our incredible Marathon Team, who raised over $80,000 in support of Sanctuary's work with victims of domestic violence - their hundreds of hours of collective training and outreach truly paid off. About the teamMembers of the team will receive guaranteed entry into the ING NYC Marathon in exchange for raising a minimum of $3,000.00 to support Sanctuary’s work.
